What you may expect…

  • Our coach will spend the first few minutes learning about your medical history, any previous or current injuries, your goals and how you will measure success to determine if our program is a good fit for you.
  • We will discuss our programming, nutrition, our community and how we get fast results for a vast majority of our members.
  • At the end of our discussion, you both can assess whether our Program is a very good fit for you and how it could help you achieve the goal/outcome you desire.

What will NOT occur…

  • You will NOT work out and get all sweaty.
  • You will NOT do any of the intense/extreme movements you may have seen on TV or on the Internet.
  • You will NOT have to sit through a high pressure “sales pitch” by anyone at any time!
